Clint Lindsey of Black Dog BBQ will be set up outside the Greytown Butcher introducing you to his range of rubs. There will be samples galore to wrap your chops around!

Tender, slow smoked, 12 hour cooked Brisket inside a slider bun paired with The Offering's espresso BBQ sauce, alongside crisp apple and 2-cabbage slaw, a side of our rich and creamy mac and cheese with crunchy McClure’s Bread and Butter pickles.
