Greytown Honey

Greytown Honey has become world renowned for its smooth texture, premium grade, award winning New Zealand Honey, created by locals Alex & Karly Polasheck. They've taken good food to the next level by making sure their range is not only packaged in either compostable or recyclable packaging but by also working with other small kiwi businesses to bring a huge range of new products to market, ensuring that all by-products of the honey production are used helping to keep their environmental footprint to a minimum and ensuring that sustainability remains at the forefront of their operation.

Come and join them for one of their beekeeping experience tours where you'll learn more about their story from Karly, their fifth generation beekeeper. Get up close and personal with the bees, exploring the factory and follow the process from hive to jar and even get the opportunity to package your very own honey to take home. Finally they understand that no tour would be complete without a taste test so you'll then take part in a full tasting back in their flagship store The Honey Stables to finish a perfect 2 hour tour off!
